XRP Retains 63% Deficit From Peak as Token Supply and ETF Flows Weigh

XRP is trading significantly below its July 2025 peak, facing structural supply dilution and a deceleration in exchange-traded fund inflows.

XRP was trading at $1.33, sitting 63.5% below its record high of $3.65 set on July 17, 2025. Over the past month, the asset declined by 13.8%, fluctuating between $1.32 and $1.40 over a 24-hour window. To return to its historical peak, the token would need a 174.4% price increase, compared to a 105.9% rise required for Ethereum to reclaim its own high.

Token economics remain a significant structural consideration for XRP's valuation. With 63.13 billion tokens currently circulating out of a total 100 billion maximum supply, XRP's market capitalization stands near $83.85 billion, resulting in a fully diluted valuation of $132.81 billion. As unreleased tokens enter circulation, additional capital will be required to reach previous price benchmarks.

Institutional product flows have concurrently slowed. Data from SoSoValue indicates that XRP spot ETFs held $1.57 billion in net assets as of October 21, generating $708,500 in daily inflows. That follows a $2.47 million outflow on October 16 and contrasts with inflows of $22.65 million recorded on September 25.

Site call on XRP Neutral score 9.9

These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
